How we handle the personal data you send us through the contact form. The legally binding version of this policy is the Spanish one.
Who processes your data

What we use it for
The data you send through the form (name, email, phone and message) is used only to answer your enquiry: information about lessons, opening hours, prices, lane hire or any other question about the facility.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent, which you give by ticking the acceptance box before sending the form. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to the email address above.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and, afterwards, for the period required by law. Once resolved, they are deleted unless there is an obligation to retain them.
Who else can see it
We do not share form data with third parties or use it for advertising. Only facility staff and the hosting and email provider have access, acting as data processors under GDPR safeguards.
Separately, the site loads two external services described under cookies: Google AdSense (advertising) and Umami (analytics). Neither receives the data you type into the form.
Your rights
You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability or object to processing by writing to info@piscinadealminares.es. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es) if you believe we have not handled your request correctly.
Cookies and third-party services
- Google AdSense (Google Ireland Limited). Serves advertising and may use cookies and identifiers to personalise ads and measure performance. See policies.google.com and opt out at adssettings.google.com.
- Umami, hosted at stats.faustinogomez.com. An analytics tool that does not use cookies and does not collect personal data: it only records aggregate visits (page viewed, referrer, country and device).
- Session cookie (
PHPSESSID), needed to validate the contact form and prevent fraudulent submissions. It is technical, requires no consent and disappears when you close the browser.
You can block or delete advertising cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working normally if you do.
